VestaPlus™, formed in 2018, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Combined L.A./Westside MLS, a leading multiple listing service serving over 16,000 agents and brokers in Southern California.

Annie has more than 28 years of experience running an MLS. Under her leadership, The MLS™ went from being a customer of an MLS software vendor, to becoming an innovative software developer licensing a full suite of Prop Tech tools to MLSs and Associations under VestaPlus.  Ives is the CEO of both the Combined L.A./Westside MLS (TheMLS.com) and VestaPlus, LLC. Annie has won many awards as an industry innovator and is a frequent guest on industry panels. 

Santanu has dedicated nearly two decades to VESTAPLUS™ and The MLS™.  Barua has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and spearheading the development of many groundbreaking solutions, including the VESTAPLUS™ MLS software suite and Checkmate™ Listing Compliance Software.  He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a graduate degree in Computer Science. 

Usmaan is the Lead Product Manager at TheMLS™, specializing in mobile apps and real estate emerging technologies. Over the past two years, he has played a key role in shaping product strategy and innovation within the organization. Usmaan brings a wealth of experience in product development, having worked with leading companies such as Nvidia, Prudential, Lindora and Ameriquest. He holds an EE and CS degree from UC Berkeley, which provides a strong foundation for his leadership in driving product excellence.

Jonnathan is a Product Manager at The MLS™, specializing in delivering top-tier MLS software solutions for real estate agents. With a background in customer support, product training, and UX/UI design, Jonnathan brings a deep understanding of user needs, product design, and development. Known for his creativity and problem-solving skills, he leads teams to innovate and enhance the user experience, staying up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to ensure the best possible service for users. 

Before joining VestaPlus™, Jennifer served as Director of Franchise Sales at Parker-Anderson Enrichment, where she gained eight years of experience in franchise and proprietary software sales. She is skilled in leading sales initiatives, delivering compelling product demos, marketing campaigns, and overseeing onboarding and training. Previously, as SVP of Sales and Marketing at Teddy Communications, Jennifer led advertising sales efforts for several magazines, developed and executed multimedia campaigns, and managed large-scale convention and networking events—all aimed at increasing visibility and driving revenue for her clients.
